Why do you work for Turning Tides?

I am passionate about the work that we do and for me it is key that the work that I do makes an impact however big or small.  I love being part of the Community Development Team because I feel it is key that for us to support our clients we need the support and care of the wider community.

What do you love about your job?

For me it is people.  I love that I meet so many different people who have shared values as me and want to play a part in making someones day brighter.  I also love the variety and opportunity the role brings me.  I have been involved in some fantastic projects and have seen people come together to make change.

The job can be hard but I am part of something bigger than myself so at the end of each day I feel a sense of purpose and that is why I love my job.

What is something you are proud of?

I am proud to work alongside some incredible people. I am proud that we are supporting individuals rebuild their lives. I am proud that together we are making a difference.
