Skywaves offers 21 self-contained rooms, along with shared communal spaces, designed to provide a safe, supportive environment for those facing some of the most difficult challenges. It is a service tailored to meet the needs of individuals who are actively using substances, coping with dual diagnoses, mental health conditions, or have faced multiple exclusions from other services.

As the Deputy Housing Services Manager, you’ll have the chance to take this dynamic service to new heights. Building on its existing success, you’ll continually innovate and refine the way we deliver care—ensuring that Skywaves remains a place of hope and transformation. Your role will be crucial in leading a trauma-informed, personalised approach to reducing harm, managing risks, and ultimately ending the cycle of rough sleeping for those in need. About the Role

This role will support the Housing Services Manager to develop and lead a unique accommodation service providing an unprecedented opportunity to end homelessness locally. You will ensure a personalised approach, working to manage risk and reduce associated harm from substance use and multiple exclusion, evaluating and adapting the service along the way in order to meet the unique needs and aspirations of clients.
